Refund policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at support@byklyro.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send any product back before your return request is approved. If your return is accepted, we will share the return instructions and return address by email.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@byklyro.com with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and packaging images.

If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Return Shipping

For returns due to customer preference, incorrect product selection, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will assist with a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Gift cards, if applicable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different product or variant, you may place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund approval, contact us at support@byklyro.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@byklyro.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
